Tell us about your project and we'll connect you with a local operator in your area.
Acreage Septic is a referral service — connecting you with local contractors at no cost to you.
Buying or selling an acreage? A septic inspection is the cheapest insurance you’ll ever buy. A failed system is one of the most expensive surprises a rural property can hand you, and it almost never shows up on a standard home inspection.
Most commonly before a sale closes — buyers want to know what they’re inheriting, and sellers who get ahead of it avoid a last-minute price renegotiation. It’s also worth doing if you’ve just bought a place and have no history on the system.
Tank condition and water level, baffles, the pump and alarm if there is one, and signs of trouble in the drainfield — soggy ground, odour, or a strip of unusually green grass. You get a plain-language read on what’s good and what’s coming.
Acreage Septic connects you with a vetted local operator who works your grid roads. Pick your area to get local pricing and call:
If you offer pumping, maintenance, inspections, repairs, installs, replacements, holding tanks, septic fields, or mounds, email your contact details and service areas. Include your approved, certified, or licensed installer status where local rules require it.
